These results are yield for:
Basins: Hubbard and Burlington
Storage Ratios: 0.03, 0.1, 0.6, 1.3
Release Rules: 9 different rules
These results are for Hubbard and Burlington, three storage ratios (0.03, 0.6, 1.3) and two release policies (No Required Release, Fixed Augmented 0.2 cfsm).
They were run using "Phase 2, Version 2" of the CTIWR Stella model (see below).

2) Yields for each basin are kept in arrays, one array per storage ratio, each element the yield for a different release rule. All yields derived using the "Upper Charles" demand curve.

WARNING: THIS VERSION ONLY FOR USE WITH Burlington, 0.6 storage ratio. Safe yields need to be reset manually when you switch from the "No Required Release" to the "Bioperiod Fixed Release" rule.
